Rach is a 24 year old woman from Sydney, Australia. She is due to give birth to her first child in July 2006. Follow Rach as she shares her experiences of being a first time mother and test drives tips on pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.
Jen is a 24 year old Sydney woman from Sydney, Australia. She is in preparation to start trying to conceive in early 2007. Follow her journey as she prepares her body and mind for conceiving her first child. She will road test different tips of pre-pregnancy preparation and share her thoughts on which ones work best.
