To me it seems lately that pregnancy is all about testing. Testing your height, your weight, your babies growth, your blood pressure and blood sugar etc etc.
Although it is lovely when its time to get the ultrasounds and you get to see your lil wriggly worm, it can also be quite frustrating to sit in a waiting room with a full bladder for over an hour because Dr’s are running late.
Just a warning to those who have appointments booked in, ring before you turn up to see how far behind ur Dr is, that is unless you want to sit in a waiting room.
I am going for the Gestational Diabetes test or GTT (Gluclose Tolerance Test) on the weekend and I am a little bit nervous, because of my previously mentioned PCOS i am prone to Gestational diabetes and will have to take insulin injections from one to four times a day if my diagnosis comes back as positive, so wish me luck. Only two days to go!
Will fill in all you loyal readers as soon as i know the result!
